Weather Commerce Ltd was acquired by Meteorological Service of New Zealand Ltd in February 2011. Since then,
along with our sister company Metra Information Ltd, we have continued to provide the most flexible, accurate
and timely weather forecasts to our Energy, Retail and Media customers here in the UK.
We're excited to announce that both Weather Commerce and Metra are now united under the MetraWeather brand
across Europe, Australia and Asia. This move recognises the strengths and values of both companies, and
combines them under a single, global company ethos and brand. While both companies retain their legal name
and status, they will now trade as MetraWeather.

Backed by the meteorological expertise, technical innovation and operational excellence of New Zealand's

The launch of our new brand coincides with the opening of our new, purpose-built forecast and sales office
at the Reading Enterprise Centre at Reading University on Whiteknights Road. This move paves the way
for our growth plans in this region.
